The last time an exigence made me do something was when I was with my mom. I was home for a day yesterday and I went to her house to see her. She was asking me about how school was and we got on the topic of drinking. She asked me if I thought I could stay out of trouble during college if I chose to drink. She said it in a way that made me feel like I had to defend myself. I told her that I believed that I could stay out of trouble, but because of the way she asked me I answered with an attitude.

My First Day of College

Today hasn't been the best day. I have had a couple mishaps with my first day of college classes. It all started at 7:30 a.m. when my alarm didn't for my 8:00 a.m. class. I woke up at 7:50 and jumped out of bed and ran there and luckily made it on time. My second class of the day went alright but I have to read a 25 page chapter tonight. This is the last class today for me and it feels good to be done. The first day stress is almost gone, and hopefully my alarm clock works tomorrow.
